  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Email Forwarding Incoming/Outgoing in Plesk

SagarS

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

OS: CentOS 5.9
OS Architecture: 64bit
Panel: Plesk Panel 11.5

I am running plesk on centos5.9 to provide email service to our client. Our client wants to forward incoming/outgoing emails. We have configured MailScanner from where we have achieved this but the problem is internal outgoing email forwarding is not working.
For ex.
FromOrTo: [email protected] [email protected]
if i send an email to gmail it forwards to my id [email protected] but if i send an email to [email protected] to doesn't forward to [email protected]

I also did the steps mentioned in http://kb.parallels.com/en/418 but it doesnt help me.

Please suggest how i can resolve this problem.

Hi,

from what I know it's not possible to capture the local mail.

To capture external mail with postfix you can use always_bcc or recipient_bcc_maps and sender_bcc_maps.

Regards,
Kristian
