Email Redirect Not Working

Hi Everyone,

I have troubleshot this about as much as I know how. I have Plesk 8.2 sitting on a Godaddy virtual server. I recently had the site migrated from on plesk server to another. I updated the server software to 8.2 post migration. I created 6 new email accounts with redirects, some with mailbox capably and some without. I tried testing the email redirects and none of them worked. I tried changing the redirect address but still didn't succeed. When I check horde I see the email on the server but the redirect never happens. I have even tried enabling an disabling the mailbox option without success.

HELP!!!

I am having the same issue with plesk 8.2 as well . I have deleted and rebuilt the account . Still having the issue .

Redirects

I am still having the problem as well. I have tried everything. The email is posting to Horde but for some reason it isn't forwarding. It must be some sort of setting on the server. I am not competent in using Putty to access the root or adjusting anything in the root directory for that matter. I assume it could be fixed there.

I hope we get some help with this soon.

Did you guys check the mail logs?

Sure did nothing, however an update i deleted the domain and then readded the domain , and it works now .

Email Redirects

I am having these problems with all my domains which are about 30. I don't think I have it in me to reload all of them.

Ya I wouldn't want to do that either.

You could try running the following command:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/mchk -v

This restores the settings for all mailboxes.
