Hi kanense,

please remove the Plesk - Key number. It is a personal information and should not be provided in a open forum!

First, have a closer look to your webserver error.log please, because it contains informations which you should solve:

Code:
[Wed Aug 05 16:55:02 2015] [warn] [client 85.243.192.52] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'parse error: failed at `background-color: ;` line: 32' in /var/www/vhosts/keepitgold.pt/flamingoviagens.pt/wp-content/plugins/seedprod-coming-soon-pro/lib/seed_csp3_lessc.inc.php:3144, referer: http://www.flamingoviagens.pt/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=seed_csp3&settings-updated=true

Second, I wonder why you included a WEBSERVER - log - file, when your issue contains a MAIL - SERVER - issue?

Third, with the provided informations about your domain, I could investigate the following:
  • Your webserver - certificate for your domain expired and is weak. Please consider renweing it to solve issues.
  • The server supports weak Diffie-Hellman (DH) key exchange parameters, please consider solving this issue.
  • The server is vulnerable to the POODLE attack. Consider solving this issue.

Fourth, consider adding a "DMARC" - DNS entry for your domain. ( Reference: https://dmarcian.com/dmarc-inspector/flamingoviagens.pt )

Fifth, please consider a "better" SPF - entry, because the string "-all" might be too strict, if you use scripts on your server, which might use sendmail.

v=spf1 +a +mx -all +a:lusitania.dmle.pro

Please change this to:

v=spf1 +a +mx +a:lusitania.dmle.pro +ip4:79.143.178.92 ?all

Sixth, your mails are not signed with domainkeys, or DKIM and there are as well no DNS - entries for this feature. Consider using the Plesk integrated option "Sign mails with domainkeys" in your mail - server options and add depending DNS - entries, which are generated by Plesk for it to your primary nameserver ( mostly the one, where you rented your server - your provider might have the option over the providers Control Panel ).

Seventh, consider using the check from "http://www.mail-tester.com/" which will show you as well missing configurations, or misconfigurations.

Hi kanense,

could you please be so kind to use the forum options "Insert..." - "Quote", "Code" ... ? It makes a post much more readable, if you try to answer quoted or coded text.

You could as well use your mouse, if you would like to QUOTE something. Just mark the desired text in the post and you will see, that the forum immidiatly will ask you, if you would like to use "Reply" to this marked text and will paste it quoted in your editor box.

In some cases you might experience issues with incompatibilities for some browser and/or eMail - clients, after you followed the KB - article 123 160. It might help to read:

... to solve such issues, because there are several additional solutions provided in this thread.

> I have generate a self certificate on plesk, how can I make it more secure?
Well, you could buy certificates for your domain(s). Please compair prizes and durations and you will see, that they are not too expensive.

> I'am check for fix issues before separator ===
o_O - sorry... I don't understand, what you mean. Please try to describe in other words, what you would like to mention.

here I have send a email with "delivery ticket"
Sorry, but your mail is from "17 Aug 2015 22:25:51" and your mail.log ends "Aug 17 21:15:22". I can't investigate issues, which I don't have a log - file from.

Please be so kind, not to upload the whole log - file. It is fair, if you search by yourself the needed parts from the log and just post errors or problems, depending to your issue. With this procedure, you can as well train yourself to investigate issues and if you are unable to solve the issue(s), then you should ask for further help here in the forums. But please, be aware that you will get suggestions, or resolutions... we don't do the whole "work" for you. :)

Hi kanense,

another investigation with http://mxtoolbox.com/ shows: "Reverse DNS does not contain the hostname" for your domain "mydomain.pt".
You have the choice to setup different options in your mail - server settings:

Outgoing mail mode:

Send from domain IP addresses
Send from domain IP addresses and use domain names in SMTP greeting
Send from the specified IP addresses

Please be aware, that corresponding mail - servers do a REVERSE check and might deny the delivery to their mail - accounts, if the reverse checks fails. In your case, the IP "79.143.XXX.XX" reverses to "ip-xx-xxx-143-79.servername.mydomain.pro", while "mydomain.pt" reverses to "79.143.XXX.XX". You can see, that this reverse check is a fail for corresponding mail - servers.

You could correct the reverse entry for "79.143.XXX.XX" over your server - hosting - providers - nameserver, so that it resolves to your hostname, which you included in your "mydomain.pt" - SPF - entries: "a:servername.mydomain.pro", because connecting to your mail - server states as hostname: "servername.mydomain.pro"
