• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Emails will get to server but not domain...

New Pleskian
Hello,

I'm using Plesk 9.2.3 and I've been having a problem since I first set it up and don't know how to solve it, so I'm hoping that someone here could help me. I must warn you that I'm a complete newbie with Plesk, so any solution you suggest, I'd like it in the simplest terms possible please. :)

Right, basically I have a website going through Plesk (which we'll call km123.server.com) and it's accessible by going to http://km123.server.com and also it's proper domain name (which we'll call http://www.domain.com) ... and if an email is sent to [email protected] it goes through fine and I can receive it, yet if the email is sent to [email protected] then it returns with a Delivery Status Notification email saying stuff like
[mail.domain.com. (10): Connection refused]

Any ideas how I can make it so I can send emails perfectly to @domain.com addresses.

I hope you understand what I mean.

Thank you!
