Enable mailing lists in plesk 10 linux

I active mailing lists in control panel linux but I cannt find it in user panel , and I do not know the original place.

Please Guidance me.

What do you mean "control panel linux"? Where this list has been created? In Plesk or where?

Make sure you have enabled access to mailing list by the user through the service plans -> permissions. Ofcourse you sync after making the changes.
