Enable to create a new MySQL database server

Hi!

I freshly installed Plesk 12.0 on Ubuntu 14.04. Everything works accept the MySQL database creation.

When I try to create one, i get this error :

error: the test connection to the database server has failed because of network problems: connection refused

Have you checked that connection to 3306 port of this database server with your login credentials is really work? Maybe firewalled or something else?
