  • The Plesk Mobile apps for iOS and Android and the Plesk Mobile Center extension have been deprecated, and are no longer available for new installations. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84, the Plesk Mobile Center extension will be removed from servers during the upgrade, and the Plesk Mobile apps will lose their server management features.
  • The Social Login extension has been deprecated and will be removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84. After that, it will no longer be possible to log in to Plesk with a Google, Facebook, GitHub account, or with a passkey. Plesk usernames and passwords, as well as logging in with a WebPros Account, are not affected.

Ensim to Plesk 8 Migration Error

I've got an Ensim box (Ensim Pro 4.0.3-22.rhel.3ES) that I am migrating to a new Plesk 8 box. Several of the domains transferred without error but a little more that half fail with the following message:

Failed validation of the document with external DTD /usr/local/psa/PMM/agents/EnsimX/control/EnsimX.dtd. The errors are: Element domain-user content does not follow the DTD, expecting (pinfo , password , domain-user-limit* , domain-user-permission*), got (pinfo ).

Any suggestions?

You better ask SWsoft support team. It's obvious that your Ensim installation has something incompatible with migration agent.

You may take a look yourself - psa/PMM/agents/EnsimX/EnsimX.pl

Most probably there is no password entry for domain user in <domain_id>/etc/shadow
