I have the same 500 - Internal Server Error problem.

After automatic update of Plesk 11.5.30 on Linux CentOS I am not able to log in to plesk control panel. All I get is 500 - Internal Server Error.
My email does not work.
My database does not work.
My FTP does work.
My HTTP does work.

It seems that I am left without space, eventhough I think there should be at least 15GB left.

Please help.

I have the same problem.
After automatic update of Plesk 11.5.30 on Linux CentOS I am not able to log in to plesk control panel. All I get is 500 - Internal Server Error.
My email does not work.
My database does not work.
My FTP does work.
My HTTP does work.

It seems that I am left without space, eventhough I there should be at least 15GB left.
Here is the log

"Should" isn't certain enough. Are you able to create files manually in /tmp, /etc, and /var?

Moreover, /etc/sw-cp-server/applications.d/plesk.socket.sh shouldn't be used (or even present) on Plesk 11.5.30. This indicates that you probably have old sw-cp-server running or attempting to run.

Stop sw-cp-server and sw-engine services. Then make sure no sw-cp-server or sw-cp-serverd processes are running. If they do, kill them. Then start sw-engine and sw-cp-server services.

Are you able to access DB via "plesk db" command?

@NaSOnWeb: DrWeb update mails are OK. You might find your license key in /etc/sw/keys/keys/

I've contacted my provider who fix the problem

try something like that

/etc/init.d/psa stop;
/etc/init.d/psa stopall;
/etc/init.d/psa startall;
/etc/init.d/psa start

if the service do not start look with netstat what adress use the ports of plesk panel it and kill this process before restart psa

/etc/init.d/psa stop; /etc/init.d/psa stopall; /etc/init.d/psa startall; /etc/init.d/psa start

good luck

@ Nikolay
You were right it is not Plesk version 11.5.30, but 11.09. My fault.
Problem was that statistics and dumps have taken more than 29GB.
Once I manually deleted those files, sw-cp-server or sw-cp-serverd processes and restarted the server everything went back to normal.
Thank you Nikolay. :)
