• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

we run a Windows 6.xx version on the plesk 7.5, we created our first email account on it. Since we don not use this email at the moment we wanted it to be forwarded to one of our email which is on another server.

I have followed the instruction from plesk user-guide on creating the email everything seems to be fine.
But this email account does not accept any kind of email. When i submit an email it comes back as undelivered with this error message

MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Recipient:
Reason: Remote SMTP Server Returned: 550 Requested action not taken:
mailbox unavailable or not local

Reason Code: SMTP Outbound - General Error
Error Number: 0 "



The only thing that i am not sure is the white-list, do we have list some ips on this? at the moment our white list and black list is empty.

any kind of help/advice will be appreciated

Sorry, but this is the wrong forum, this is for Linux versions of PlesK.
