Resolved Error: Access denied. Your account was suspended.

Basic Pleskian
I've recently installed a new Plesk trial on Unbuntu 16.04 and proceed to create a new domain and subscription. To which I'd add, the process went without a hitch. However, when I try to access the Client control panel under the domain menu, I get the following error;

Error: Access denied. Your account was suspended.

I also tried accessing the Plesk CP using domain:8443 along with the username and password, but received an authentication error.

Anyone know what why this is happening?

Actually that reference was a part of the issue in that I was lead to believe this was the only setting responsible for the error.

However, and as it was discovered, the error was due to the customer being suspended(no clue why), and that everything worked as intended after switching the customer to "active" rather than the subscription.

And so, to be helpful, the reference in question should cover both the customer and subscription profile for suspension verification.

PS. this was solved through Plesk support
