Error accessing a user ftp.

I have a user account FTP tells me the password is invalid.
I tried to change the password, and still the same error.

Other ftp accounts from other domains are working properly.

Maybe I have same problem with this FTP Service

it effect to all domain when i create new FTP user in all domain
here some log

Status: Connecting to x.x.x.x:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 Microsoft FTP Service
Command: USER suwarottemp
Response: 331 Password required for suwarottemp.
Command: PASS ********
Response: 530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

i have try some solution from: http://kb.parallels.com/en/549

but nothing can be solved.

In order to fix the issue, I did the below steps a shown below:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>ftpmng.exe --remove-all

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>cd %plesk_cli%

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\bin>repair.exe --reconfigure-ftp-sites
The FTP service was successfully reconfigured.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\bin>
