  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi, welcome to the forums!

I suggest using the Plesk Repair tool to run a Plesk database repair. When loggin to Plesk, go to Tool & Settings > Diagnose & Repair and click the Repair button for the Plesk Database.

It sounds like there might be a hiccup with the IP address configuration. First, double-check that the IP address you're trying to assign to the new domain exists and is correctly configured in your Plesk environment. Sometimes, small typos or configuration mismatches can cause these kinds of errors. If the IP address looks good, you might want to try refreshing the IP address pool in Plesk or even restarting the Plesk service to see if that resolves the issue.
