Error after Upgrade from 9.2.1. to 9.5.4

Hello,
Aftern an upgrade I got several errors like this. It seems so that the update from the database went wrong.

Cannot modify the design of table 'MailMessagesStat'. It is in a read-only database.

It's a Windows 2003 server. I use Access as database provider

How can I fix this?

Sorry I forgot it's also a VPS system.
