Hi we receive the following e-mail when trying to edit our page:

Error! Cannot get module data. Click here for details...

When previewing the actual page, the message is as follows:

Please enter http:// or https:// protocol.
Cannot get categories.

That's all the information we're shown.

The actual published site content is correct as we haven't published since this problem occurred, as it seems the sitebuilder database is somehow corrupted? We have not published again in fear of losing the data.

My questions are:

1) Is there any way to fix this error

or

2) Is there anyway to recreate the design of the page in sitebuilder with the published version of the actual page? (I guess it could be considered a reverse publish, pulling the data off the site into the site builder).

Thanks in advance.

Try to use following solution: Log into Sitebuilder panel and check Sites -> SITE_NAME -> Publishing Settings section. Make sure that Web site URL field is set up correctly starting with http:// or https:// and click Ok. After that republish the site and check it one more time.
