Issue Error code: 1014. Error message: Parser error: Request is invalid. Error in line 5: Element 'id': '' is not a valid value of the atomic type 'id_type'

WHMCS and plesk always seems to give me some error.
This issue is related to it complaining about the request for ID not being the right type? That sounds to me like a whmcs module error?

as its getting a response via API
[id] => 81

So I really dont see why its giving this error? Anyone come across this yet?

Try to edit <WHMCS-root-directory>/modules/servers/plesk/templates/api/1.6.3.0/switch_reseller_plan.tpl file and change the following line of code:

From:

<id><?php echo $externalId; ?></id>

To:

<id><?php echo $id; ?></id>

Not sure, but seems it is reported already. You can escalate this issue.
