error code 2

hi
i have problem with my plesk while i try to enter to my plesk on 8443 i got the following error:
"Fatal error: The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Connect to pipe in C:\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\class.Conf.php3 on line 52"

where is the problem and how can i solve it?

Try to use Plesk Reconfigurator -> Repair Plesk Installation.
