error: Creating ftp user

Hello users, i`m trying to create extra ftp account in plesk pannel, i checked all permissions and resources, user or admin cant create ( only for specific domain ).



return this error: Error: There are no resources of this type (additional FTP accounts) available from your Service Provider. Requested: 1; available: 0. The notification has been sent to your Service Provider.

It looks like that you have Plesk 10.x version. Therefore check your Service Plan and corresponding subscription that you have enough free value of "additional FTP accounts" resource for creating account.

yes, you right.

but in license details section dont show limits for my license.

Sorry, I talk about subscription and service plan but not about license limits.
