Error creating new domain

Hi,

when trying to create a new domain, im getting this:

ERROR: PleskException

Unable to create IP Address object: Table->select() failed: no such row in the table

I have 8.2.1 running. Any help?

It looks like IP pool of the client under which you trying to create domain contain link to non-existent IP address in the system.
Are you able to get into the IP pool of the client in Plesk?

Besides, you're right, it happens just on one customer, the others are working fine.

I created the domain in another users account and moved it to the intended user.
