error creating new mailbox

People,

When i try to make a new mailbox the wizard exits when i want to enable the mailbox. the error is:

Unable to load object of type Notification with id=21: Notification: unable to select: no such row in the table

I've looked up table Notification in the PSA database in mysql and my table only has 12 rows. Does someone else have more tables?
