ERROR! Curl?

On Debian, - Plesk 11.0.9

I installed APC, few minutes later, all website stopped working, Plesk worked OK, but websites shows error:

Error occured.
couldn't connect to host

Clicking on File Sharing, an error appear:

Internal error: Error in cURL request: couldn't connect to host

Do anyone know why?

Perhaps I should install APC before Plesk??

Check that /var/www/vhosts/fs-passwd/ directory has correct permissions:
