when we try to restore anything from a backup, we get this error
we are using Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.38 Update #2 on Microsoft Windows Server 2016

In my experience, this problem often occurs due to the enabled third-party antivirus software on the Windows server.
I would advise you to try turning it off and see how it goes.
