Error in backup [max_user_connections ]

Hi !
dear parallels , i set autoback (ex. 3:00 am) , backup.exe and create backup file (0 byte) but when finished backup no file !
this error email to me from servere :
Backup error.
Failed to connect to database: User admin already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

Try increasing the value for max_user_connections variable in my.ini for plesk mysql and restart plesk mysql service.

It will be in %plesk_dir%mysql/data directory.
