• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Resolved Error installing Plesk Migrator Plesk 12.5.30 Update #47

Stefan Vrinceanu

New Pleskian
Version of Plesk 12.5.30 Update #47 ,

Tried to install it via ssh - couldn't find it - installed all the updates and all the addons. Still not working.

Tried via extension > extension catalog > get the error in the printscreen uploaded

Tried uploading, got the same error.

You have any ideas?

Also, via add_components.

Hi Stefan Vrinceanu,

it is always possible to list Plesk components with the command:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --show-components --show-options

To install, remove, or to upgrade components, you have the command - options:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --install-component COMPONENT-NAME-AS-SHOWN-WITH-OPTIONS
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --remove-component COMPONENT-NAME-AS-SHOWN-WITH-OPTIONS
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components

Skins and Color schemes - component for example are named as "heavy-metal-skin"
The "old" Migration Manager (Legacy) is called now "pmm-old"

Another option to list Plesk - files, is for example ( Debian/Ubuntu - based systems ):

apt-cache search psa-
apt-cache search plesk

The Plesk Migration Manager is called here "psa-migration-manager"
And another option is to download the Plesk Migration Manager - files from for example ( For Ubuntu 14.04 x86-64 ):

... and install them manually with "dpkg".
