Resolved Error migration between Plesk

I'm going domains between two servers, both with 8 y plesk 12.5, for this task use the migration agent that comes with Plesk (Plesk Migrator), I have made several migrations without problems, but when you start a new migration has given me the following error msg:

Error: Failed to connect to target Plesk server by Plesk API: <urlopen error [Errno 111] Connection refused>

and from that point and start all migrations that give the same mistake, it may be due?
