error msg when login to Plesk

I get an error msg when I login to Plesk.......

Here is the error msg I got.......

Unable to list components: pakagemng failed: Unable to lookup SID for name Plesk Administrator: (1332) NO mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

I have the SAME ISSUE TODAY


I solved restarting all plesk servics using the plesk monitor

You meant login into Window 2003 server and restart Plesk in Services?

i used the plesk monitor

you can open this program using the start menu or on the icon below the windows clock.

i checked the 2 main boxes that restart +- 6 plesk related services
