• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Please have a serious problem with remote backup, makes them well but will not let me upload to the repository server are not valid so it always says:

Error: Permission denied error

anyone know why?

Thanks and regards

Did you mean you cannot move backups from FTP to server repository?

If you cannot upload backup to FTP - check if you can do it manually with the same credentials set in "FTP repository settings".

Also, is it domain or server backup?

Yes, that is, I can not FTP to the server move.

If done well and up through the FTP and mc if I get to them, it is only in the plesk panel which will not let me move the repository of the servlet.

Thanks for your attention

Strange issue...
Is it possible to perform backups directly to server repository?

Also, try to move backup again and check PMM log for that time, maybe there would be something...

/usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/pmmcli.log

and possibly

/usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/migration.log

Uh-huh...
Checked logs, but nothing I can understand.

CurlError, however FTP connection made fine.
You can try to authenticate with curl and get list of backups...
Anyway if it is more than nuisance - you can contact Parallels.
