Hello i have this problem,

ERROR: PleskFatalException: Unable to connect to database: mysql_connect(): Connection refused (auth.php:142)

I have tried restarting the server and the error still persists.
 
[root@server1 ~]# service mysqld stop

[root@server1 ~]# service mysqld start

Any errors in mysql log? Have you tried troubleshoot it? Any results?
 
i will check mysql log. I have not tried to trouble shoot or anything as i can't access the control panel or the sites hosted on my server which uses a db.

i will make this as a paid job anyone ?

i guess i need to change away from plesk to cpanel. I get a prob every month...

and for your information i have 40gb left in my vps
