ERROR: PleskFatalException

ERROR: PleskFatalException: Unable to connect to database: mysql_connect(): Connection refused (auth.php:149)

I have the same Problem, i need Help.
I can`t solve the Problem.

Maybe after a Plesk Update this Error shows.

What error are you getting in your /var/log/mysql/mysql.log?

And check your /tmp and mysql.sock permission on your server.

The /var/log/mysql/mysql.log ist empty.
The mysql.sock i have edit to chmod 777

In the /tmp/ folder are
plesk_11.5.30_reset_instance_data.log
plesk_11.5.30_reset_instance_data_problems.log

Can you please check your mysql services status and try to login your mysql through command line with the following command

mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa

I can see there is an issues with the MySQL services. Please check your mysql logs config and check that files OR contact your server admin to check this mysql issues

service mysql status

service mysql start
