Error restoring a backup and also on migration manager

Hi all

I am migrating my old plesk 9.54 server to a new one using the latest 10.2 panel. I was able to migrate around 25 domains, but since this morning I am getting errors immediately after migration is started.

I have also found that trying to restore a backup, I get the following error:

pmm utility 'Conflict Detector' raised an exception. Error code is: 255

I have checked the logs, and in both cases (migration and restore) the error is the same:

I bought my license from a third party. Do you know if I should contact them, or I can contact Plesk directly, and if are there any costs involved?

I have tried to contact my license proviver and they referred me to Plesk people, but my support is being denied as they did not sold the license directly to me. Only available solution would be charging me $75 dollars per incident. I would rather try doing a fresh install of Plesk instead of paying that fee. Shame on you Paralells for making your customers pay you to fix your own software errors.

Ok. I fixed it. The error logs mention the user "base-bot", so I just found that user and the correspondant domain, deleted both and migrated that domain again. Problem solved.
