Cannot encrypt dump file (this is not fatal error!): PHP Warning: fopen(/run/lock/files/backup_encrypt.lock): failed to open stream: No such file or directory; File: /opt/psa/admin/plib/backup/Encryptor.php, Line: 499

Same...

My warning is still

Cannot encrypt dump file (this is not fatal error!): PHP Warning: fopen(/run/lock/files/backup_encrypt.lock): failed to open stream: No such file or directory; File: /opt/psa/admin/plib/backup/Encryptor.php, Line: 499 [2019-03-25 11:19:30.013] ERR [panel] Unable to open file /run/lock/files/backup_encrypt.lock Unable to open file /run/lock/files/backup_encrypt.lock

also, i have deleted "fail2ban" , then i understand that solution is not good for me

Make sure the file /run/lock/files/backup_encrypt.lock exists and has right permissions
# ls -l /run/lock/files/backup_encrypt.lock
-rw-r--r--. 1 psaadm psaadm 0 Mar 26 17:49 /run/lock/files/backup_encrypt.lock

Unsolved.
I followed those instructions and my PLES was Inaccessible ..
my warning
Error: server "server"
Cannot encrypt dump file (this is not fatal error!): PHP Warning: fopen(/run/lock/files/backup_encrypt.lock): failed to open stream: No such file or directory; File: /opt/psa/admin/plib/backup/Encryptor.php, Line: 499 [2019-04-16 11:48:22.622] ERR [panel] Unable to open file /run/lock/files/backup_encrypt.lock Unable to open file /run/lock/files/backup_encrypt.lock

As a workaround, the following should be done:

1. Connect to the server via SSH;
2. Create the missing directory:

Code:
# mkdir /run/lock/files

3. Set correct permissions:

Code:
# chown root:psaadm /run/lock/files/
# chmod 770 /run/lock/files/

4. Create files with the content which will re-create the missing directories after each server reboot:

Code:
# echo "d /run/lock/files/ 0770 root psaadm" > /etc/tmpfiles.d/lockfiles.conf
