Good evening,
Sorry for my English.
For a few days i have a problem with a plesk windows server.
It cannot do Update Components.
It returns me this log.
[2023-11-11 20:31:53.754110] Error: The installation of the package 'plesk-backend' failed with code 1603. (upgrade: Upgrading Plesk Utilities...)
Not all packages were installed.
Visit https://support.plesk.com/ to search for a solution.

I did some troubleshooting by following this guide I found with no success.

Can someone help please.
I tried tools like repair but that didn't work either.
