Issue "Error: Unable to get dump list: FTP dump file does not exists stack" when going to Backup Manager

Rumesh Dananjaya

New Pleskian
Hi. I'm new to plesk.

I get this error "Error: Unable to get dump list: FTP dump file does not exists stack" when trying to access backup manager. I found some threads related to this issue and tried some safer looking solutions but no change.

Note : Previously (some time ago) I tried to set backup path to my shared hosting server. This might be related to the issue

OS: Plesk Onyx v17.5.3_build1705170317.16 os_CentOS 6

I need a safer (files), downtime minimum solution from a professional
