• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Error: Unable to retrieve information about the PHP configuration

CobraArbok

Regular Pleskian
In Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Update #22,
Subscriptions > example.com >PHP Settings > view the phpInfo() page

I always get the message "Error: Unable to retrieve information about the PHP configuration."

I also tried with:
Code:
   # /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain example.com
, as in the this post.

Do you have any vhost template customizations? Check it with

# find /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/custom

For example:

# /opt/plesk/php/7.1/bin/php -i | grep GD
GD Support => enabled
GD Version => bundled (2.1.0 compatible)

Have you tried

# plesk repair web domain.com
# plesk repair fs domain.com

?

I'm getting a similar error but don't have an entry in the PHP error log file. Any suggestions on where to turn next?
