New Pleskian
Hi,
I am having issues with updating my license key as shown below which ran out on January 6th for version 11.5.30, I am on a 1&1 dedicated server account so there should be no issue over license renewal payment, unless you know otherwise!
After trying to login into the panel I get presented with the update keys page which then shows the following error at the top of the page:
Error shown after pressing Retrieve Keys:
I have checked the nslookup and all looks OK to me?
I have never had this issue before and have not updated anything on the server so unless its been a Parallels update I have no clue for the fix. As you can imagine this is now preventing me from having access to our server which is obviously not good. Any ideas on what to try is gratefully welcome.
