Error updating to version 12.5

Hi, I'm updating plesk version 12.5 and the preupgrade of plesk gives me this error "
Parallels Panel pre-upgrade check...
WARNING: There are custom web server configuration templates at /opt/psa/admin/conf/templates/custom. These custom templates might be incompatible with a new Plesk version, and this might lead to failure to generate web server configuration files.Please check http://kb.odin.com/118192 for details."
I looked in the kb article, but it's just a list of variables, how can I get the file to be checked? how do I figure out where to look to fix everything?

It is just warning but not error. Perhaps no problems will be after the upgrade. Anyway you can easily fix possible webserver configuration problems after upgrade with

# plesk repair web
