error upgrading from plesk 11 to plesk 12

Getting the following error while trying to upgrade the plesk windows from 11.5 to 12.x version.

Hello, Jaffer.
To find the real error we need to have a look into Plesk autoinstaller log file. Could you please share C:\ParallelsInstaller\autoinstaller3.log by the network and send me a link only to me in private message?

We need autoinstaller log file C:\ParallelsInstaller\autoinstaller3.log. Without that file it is impossible to find out the reason.
 
I checked the log and I can see that Plesk package 'plesk-service-node-utilities' could not be removed for some reason.

To resolve this problem you need to remove the package using the command

msiexec /x c:\ParallelsInstaller\parallels\PANEL-WIN_12.0.18\dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386\plesk-service-node-utilities.msi /l*v C:\plesk-service-node-utilities-uninstall.log

If the package will be removed without errors you can just re-run the upgrade. It should resume the process. In case package uninstall will fail you need to check the log C:\plesk-service-node-utilities-uninstall.log or send it to me.

It looks I missed distro version
Please try to remove this package

make sure that file c:\ParallelsInstaller\parallels\PANEL-WIN_11.5.30\dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386\plesk-service-node-utilities.msi exists
 
The file exists in the server. When i run the command i got the popup error: "This action only valid for prodicts that are currently installed."
