What should we do with these files?
Just replace the file that is located under "/usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/" ?

Hi sergius,

Thank you for your reply. I tried pack-sysstats-for-9.5-10.zip on 9.5.2. This script doesn't work out of the box. But after I copied the first line of the existing script (#!/opt/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun) it seems to work.

The statistics in plesk cp aren't accessible even after a successful run of the posted script. This error is shown in an image:
Internal error: failed to adjust system time in accordance with daylight savings time change. Please report your

Hi sergius,

Thanks for your reply. I downloaded pack-sysstats-for-8.6.zip, unpacked it, copied it to /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp, changed permissions and renamed both files (pack-sysstats to pack-sysstats.old, pack-sysstats.sh to pack-sysstats):

# pwd
/usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp
# ls -al
total 44
drwxr-xr-- 2 root psaadm 4096 Jan 5 13:05 .
drwxr-xr-- 6 root psaadm 4096 Mar 13 2009 ..
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 408 Sep 12 2008 clean-events
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 601 Sep 12 2008 clean-reports
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 442 Sep 12 2008 clean-sysstats
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 2769 Jan 5 12:56 pack-sysstats
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 2697 Sep 12 2008 pack-sysstats.old
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 543 Sep 12 2008 secur-check
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 10951 Sep 12 2008 send-report

Afterwards I rechecked "Statistics" page in Watchdog. For both month and year view the error ("Internal error: failed to adjust system time in accordance with daylight savings time change. Please report your prob") still occurs.

What to do?

Same here; Plesk 8.6

[root@mail cp]# mv pack-sysstats pack-sysstats.old
[root@mail cp]# mv pack-sysstats.sh pack-sysstats

[root@mail cp]# ls -al pack*
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 2769 Jan 5 2011 pack-sysstats
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 2697 Sep 12 2008 pack-sysstats.old

"Statistics" page in Watchdog.
("Internal error: failed to adjust system time in accordance with daylight savings time change. Please report your prob") still occurs.

Hello sergius,

Thanks; I have downloaded the newest version on a Plesk 8.6 server and replaced the file:

# mv pack-sysstats pack-sysstats.old
# mv pack-sysstats.sh pack-sysstats
# ls -al
total 44
drwxr-xr-- 2 root psaadm 4096 Jan 5 15:26 .
drwxr-xr-- 6 root psaadm 4096 Mar 13 2009 ..
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 408 Sep 12 2008 clean-events
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 601 Sep 12 2008 clean-reports
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 442 Sep 12 2008 clean-sysstats
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 2769 Jan 5 2011 pack-sysstats
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 2697 Sep 12 2008 pack-sysstats.old
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 543 Sep 12 2008 secur-check
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 10951 Sep 12 2008 send-report

Problem on Statistics page ("Internal error: failed to adjust system time in accordance with daylight savings time change. Please report your prob") indeed still occurs. Can you update us as soon as more information on this issue is available?

Hello guys.

I'm pleased to inform you the issue has been fixed.
Please try updated fixes from http://forum.parallels.com/showpost.php?p=434456&postcount=42.

Hi sergius,

Again I've downloaded the Plesk 8.6-patch and replaced both stats-graph.php and pack-sysstats:

# ls -al
total 44
drwxr-xr-- 2 root psaadm 4096 Jan 5 15:44 .
drwxr-xr-- 6 root psaadm 4096 Mar 13 2009 ..
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 408 Sep 12 2008 clean-events
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 601 Sep 12 2008 clean-reports
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 442 Sep 12 2008 clean-sysstats
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 2769 Jan 5 15:43 pack-sysstats
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 2697 Sep 12 2008 pack-sysstats.old
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 543 Sep 12 2008 secur-check
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 10951 Sep 12 2008 send-report

# ls -al
total 104
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Jan 5 15:45 .
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 Mar 13 2009 ..
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 782 Sep 12 2008 disk-edit.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1130 Sep 12 2008 disks.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 274 Sep 12 2008 index.php
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Mar 13 2009 locales
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 7400 Sep 12 2008 preferences.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 9799 Sep 12 2008 secur-scan.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 817 Sep 12 2008 service-edit.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1061 Sep 12 2008 services.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 23785 Jan 5 15:43 stats-graph.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 23576 Sep 12 2008 stats-graph.php.old
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1850 Sep 12 2008 stats.php

However the Statistics page now is broken, even for 24h view. The red error "Internal error: failed to adjust system time in accordance with daylight savings time change. Please report your prob" is replaced by a broken image. When I request only the image (https://XXXXXXXXX:8443/modules/watc...eriod=day&show_total=on&services=1,2,3,4,5,11,) I got the "The file stats-graph.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment." error.

What to do?

Me & Roland Leurs - we have Plesk 8.4.0...what can we do? Is it safe to try the 8.6 fix on a live server?

Hi sergius,

I tested the current scripts for Plesk 9.5.x. Like ThomasR I found that pack-sysstats is working now, but stats-graph.php still fails.

Hi Thomas,

I made an error. The stats-graph.php script doesn't need a fix.

Obviously an other thing I did made my statistics work. I opened a shell on the server and manually ran the pack-sysstats script.
cd /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/
./pack-sysstats year
./pack-sysstats month
./pack-sysstats week
./pack-sysstats day

Debian 4, Plesk 8.6 with Post #42 Fix applied, names and permissions modified.

Manually ran the pack-sysstats scripts, Year Month Week and Day

Having issue viewing watchdog stats, The Internal Error message is not showing, but an Image box with the red x is displayed like its looking in the wrong place for the image. Is there any way to specify or verify where this is looking.

Thanks It Worked For 8.6

I was just very careful to set ownership and permissions the same.
Also renamed pack-sysstats.sh to pack-sysstats (The way it was originally named.)

But like BrysonC the image on Statistics page is showing nothing anymore. This is a Plesk 8.6 server on CentOS 5.5 with MySQL 5.1.52 and PHP 5.2.14 within a Virtuozzo 4 environment. Anyone?

All seems to work with 9.5.3 on CentOS 5.5 except for my daily watchdog report email:

Subject: Watchdog daily report Jan 1, 1970 (Thursday) on xxxx.xxxxxx.co.uk

Does anyone else get that?

Rob

Once again I have the same issue as ThomasR

[root@mail watchdog]# pwd
/usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/modules/watchdog
[root@mail watchdog]# ls -la stats-graph*
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 23785 Jan 6 04:31 stats-graph.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 23576 Sep 12 2008 stats-graph.php.old

[root@mail watchdog]# cd /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/
[root@mail cp]# ls -la pack-sysstats*
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 2769 Jan 6 04:31 pack-sysstats
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root psaadm 2697 Sep 12 2008 pack-sysstats.old

When I go to Modules > Watchdog > Statistics under Graphs I now get a broken image.
