When i try to download a zip backup, the system does nothing and after few minutes plesk crash and i have to restart server!

The size of backup is 7.9 Gb.
How i can take this backup file without download from plesk admin?

Yes, there can be problem with handling such huge files by Plesk httpd server. I can suggest you upload such backups via scp.

backup file location

Hi Igor,

Where are the backups to download located? The Plesk interface shows a backup 13GB in size, however the files I've found are no where near that large. If I attempt to download the backup from the interface the server load sky rockets and the only way to stop it is to kill the gzip process. The backup I'm looking for should be a full backup with data and databases:

/var/lib/psa/dumps

11M backup_info_1003082314.xml
4.0K backup_keyXXqnYLUb.key_1003082314.tgz
1.4M backup_sapp-distrib.7010-0_1003082314.tgz
1.3M backup_sapp-distrib.7010-1_1003082314.tgz
1.4M backup_sapp-distrib.7010-2_1003082314.tgz
208K backup_skel_1003082314.tgz

Thanks!

Plesk 10.4.4 Download Backup Error | Browser just hangs

I have 2 backups of 2.3GB in the server repository, I'm not sure how a backup could be much smaller than that. When I click on the Disk icon to save and download the xml backup, the server hust hangs and responds with a message that the connection is lost. I have tried this over the space of 2 weeks. I have tried to download different backups. The server runs Windows 2008 R2 64 bit and is running Plesk 10.4.4
