  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Error when installing New Relic Extension

Christoph Hess

New Pleskian
Hi,

when I try and install the New Relic extension I get the error "Unsupported segments file format".
I've tried installing via shell but that got the same result.
Nothing else. I can't seem to find any information about this error.

I'm running Plesk Onyx (latest updates) on Ubuntu 16.04.4

I also can't find a more useful log file.

Hopefully someone can help or point me in the right direction.

Kind regards
Chris

Hi, Christoph Hess!

We are working on this bug.
I hope it will be fixed in next micro-update.

Workaround for this bug:
- Login to server via SSH
- mv /usr/local/psa/var/search/segments_* /tmp
