• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi NEWCHILD,

are you using "Virtuozzo" ?

Pls. try to include as much as possible informations about your server, the operating system and the current used Plesk version, as it might help to investigate your issues/errors/problems. ;)

Pls. keep as well in mind, that your "panel.log" might have additional informations, if you experience issues/errors/problems with your Plesk Control Panel.

I'm not using virtuozzo. It's a KVM based VPS. 2 CORE ( from an intel core i7 cpu ) 6GB RAM 500Gb HD.

Hi NEWCHILD,

I assume, that your issue/error/problem is related to your mount points. As this requires some deeper investigation directly on your server, I recommend to contact your vps - hosting provider, or consider to use the "Plesk Administrative services"

( in some rare cases, it could help to restart/reboot your server and it could help as well to inspect all related system logs at "/var/log" for possible issues/errors/problems )

You are right. I was able to access it after a reboot.
Thanks.
