error while changing FTP password

nitaish

New Pleskian
I have created a user with owner rights for a domain in Plesk 10.3. However, we cannot change the password of the FTP user from that login. It throws the following error

Error: Unable to change perl settings: privilege to override providers's server-wide security policy is not granted.

I am unable to find the server-wide security policy. Can somebody help?

To workaround the error you would need to go to Control Panel > domain_name > and click 'OK' on Hosting Settings for domain (without any changes - just to update the current hosting settings).

You cannot change password until you click 'OK' in web hosting settings.
