Eshop and authorize.net

Hello,

We have a client using the eshop module of sitebuilder, who has entered their API details correctly. When one checks out an item using authorize.net, the following error is returned:

Transaction cannot be accepted.
Your order was not saved. Please contact the site administrator.

Is there any way to figure out what response code is being returned from authorize.net? Or is there any way to fix this error?
