eShop order's contact-fields modification

Is it some how possible to modify eShop order's contact-fields?
Some customers have asked if there could be some extra-fields and some fields could be cutted out.
But customers' needs are so different. Is there any possibilities to modify eShop's order-fields?

There is no such a feature in Parallels Sitebuilder right now but I have passed it as feature request to developers.
