• The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question ETA for critical PHP security updates (CVE-2026-109618 / CVE-2026-109619)?

It's been a long day for some people today. And if you take a look at x, PHP wasn't the only big thing that happened today...

V2 Scan Command:
Bash:
printf 'php2shell: Vulnerability Scan CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619\n'; pv=$(plesk version | awk '/^Product version:/{print $NF}'); req=18.0.81.4; [[ $pv == 18.0.80.* ]] && req=18.0.80.11; dpkg --compare-versions "$pv" ge "$req" && s=PATCHED || s=VULNERABLE; printf 'Plesk %s: %s\n' "$pv" "$s"; for p in /opt/plesk/php/*/bin/php; do [[ -x "$p" ]] || continue; l=$("$p" -v | head -n1); v=${l#PHP }; v=${v%% *}; case ${v%.*} in 8.2) req=8.2.35;; 8.3) req=8.3.36;; 8.4) req=8.4.27;; 8.5) req=8.5.12;; 7.4|8.0|8.1) d=$(date -d "$(awk '{print $5,$6,$7}' <<< "$l")" +%Y%m%d 2>/dev/null); if [[ -z $d ]]; then s=VERIFY; elif [[ $d -ge 20261021 ]]; then s="PATCHED (backport)"; else s=VULNERABLE; fi; printf 'PHP %s: %s\n' "$v" "$s"; continue;; 5.*|7.*) printf 'PHP %s: TUXCARE ELS / VERIFY\n' "$v"; continue;; *) printf 'PHP %s: VERIFY\n' "$v"; continue;; esac; dpkg --compare-versions "$v" ge "$req" && s=PATCHED || s=VULNERABLE; printf 'PHP %s: %s\n' "$v" "$s"; done

Example:
php2shell: Vulnerability Scan CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619
Plesk 18.0.81.3: VULNERABLE
PHP 8.3.36: PATCHED
PHP 8.4.27: PATCHED
