Events ignore any command

We try now on new Plesk 10.1.1 Installation to add new events in event manager for website created and subdomain created but the commands are completely ignored.

We followed instructions here:

and tried for test purposes with the same script but nothing is added in /tmp/event_handler.log. Neither date and time or "customer created" nor "name: ${NEW_CONTACT_NAME}" and "login: ${NEW_LOGIN_NAME}".

Strangely by subdomain deleted or website deleted are entries in /tmp/event_handler.log. It seems only by create event in nothing working.

Because we don't guess it's faeture it must be a bug. Or we use wrong events to do something when domain or subdomain created?
