• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi There

Is it possible to completely exclude an e-mail inbox from the SPAM rating? Background: We have an account to which we send all mails sent from another account AutoBCC. This in turn means that all outgoing mails are also checked for SPAM in the INBOX of the BCC account, which places a heavy and unnecessary load on the server. I have not found an option in the plugin settings to exclude individual mailboxes from the SPAM check. Before installing the "Plesk Email Security Pro" plugin, it was possible to specify per mailbox whether incoming mails should be scanned for SPAM. Now I can no longer find an option to do this. Any ideas?

Thanks and Seasons Greetings

Marco
