Could not install Softaculous Auto Installer

• ionCube Loader is not loaded. Please enable it to continue installation

what version of php do you have what server info and are you using plesk obsidian what version?

seems you don't have: ionCube Loader is not loaded. Please enable it to continue installation in php you need to add ioncube

Does PHP Ioncube loader come with Plesk PHP packages?

did you read the first post to make sure you have this enabled PHP ionCube Loader.

How to update ionCube Loader to the latest version for PHP 5.6, 7.0, 7.1 or 7.2 shipped by Plesk?

here is another read seems the autoinstaller is looking at /usr/bin/php and plesk has /opt/plesk/php

Only create symbolic link
ln -s /opt/plesk/php/7.3/bin/php /usr/bin/php

This problem was solved in this forum post:

The solutions is to install PHP by OS Vendor. The way to install is going to Tools & Settings in plex and then under Plesk Category click on Updates:
Then Add/Remove Components then click the + next to Web Hosting the the same for PHP interpreter versions and finally click PHP from OS vendor and install
Then Continue and wait for the installation to finish.

After that you should be able to install Softaculous.
