  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Extract folder/domain from a backup from server

MicheleP

Basic Pleskian
Hi
is it possible to extract a folder or a domain/subdomain files from a backup without download the whole backup?
The backup are huge and sometimes you need only a few files
Thanks

Hi,
I don't need to restore a website, I need to export and download specific files/folders
Or if is it possible by command line?
Yes, If the backup is small, there is no problem but if it is tens or hundreds GB (whole server) it's complicated
And it could be very useful if from the restore page instead of the restore of a specific content (web, db) we could also download it (only the selected component, not the whole backup)
Thanks
