Using Plesk Onyx v17.8.11 on a fresh server. Unable to extract the tar.gz, I don't remember seeing this before on any Plesk servers I worked on. Any help to get it resolved?
Thanks for your reply. I've already extracted the file via SSH, however it'll be good to get a confirmation from Plesk staff as I'll need up to upload more such compressed files in the future.
Upgrade your Plesk installation to Obsidian if you have the need for extraction of different archive formats. Onyx has already reached its EOL and only support the ZIP format.
