  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello, Millerbln. I attempted to reproduce the issue on a Ubuntu 20.04 server, but the "IP Address Banning" section appears properly on the Home page. Hence, it will be best for the issue to be reviewed directly on the server. I would suggest opening a ticket with Plesk support for an investigation of the issue on your server. To sign-in to support and open a ticket go to:
If you got your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative to get support directly from Plesk:

hello,
thank you for the answer.

i have rent the virtual server from strato:
"Ubuntu 20.04 LTS 64bit + Plesk Obsidian"
so i have no reseller (except strato) who can support me.
and i am to stupid, to support this problem by myself ;-)

some plesk license keys i have found:
??????-V37D04-2RR837-J93Y80-8VCW41

Lizenzkey
PLSK.????????.0000
Key Typ
Plesk 10.x/11.x 10 Domains

can i use any key to open a support ticket ?

If you have purchased the Plesk VPS through Strato then they are the reseller, who should provide support. Please get in touch with them, if they can't figure it out, they can directly get in touch with our team.

hello,
thank you for the answer.
ok, when the error comes again, i talk to my reseller strato.

now the error is gone, may be anybody from plesk or strato have solved the error.

now i set this topic to 'resolved" (when possible)

regards
